How easy is it to change accountants and why should I change?

We will always agree fees in advance of doing any work, so there will be no confusion. This will always give you control of whether you want to continue or not. There are no hidden fees or nasty surprises. There is a fixed monthly fee which is agreed in advance and includes all the work we undertake for you.

Will you visit us before you commence work? When and where will you visit us?
There are accountants in the market who offer to carry out your accounts remotely but without meeting or understanding your business.
We will always visit you, as it helps to talk face to face. Here we will explain fully what we can do for your business and better understand your needs. This of course will be done at a time to suit you and will be of no charge to yourself. We can visit you at your premises or at one of our local offices, whichever works better for you.
What if I am not located near your regional offices?
There are no boundaries for our service, we will always come to see you and discuss where we can help.
Your process seems to be restricted to me sending my documents electronically? What if I don’t have a scanner?
freshwater will arrange for a secure courier to collect your records at your convenience. Or simply post them to us using our postal package.
